Since God spoke to us expanding the ministry's facilities, so many wonderful things have taken place!
Upon the completion of the sale of our old facility at 2410 Jackson St., we were able to significantly pay down the debt on our land at 3250 Steele Rd., while at the same time setting aside significant funds for construction!
Building plans are finalized, money is being raised, and while the construction is underway, GCI will be meeting in a temporary location. We are currently meeting at Concord Christian Center at 3661 James Sanders Blvd. Join us there!
What a thrill for the GCI Family to see the vision God gave us coming to pass! This month construction will continue as the contractors work to put the metal sheathing on the building and to put the doors and windows in. God is blessing and honoring our faith and steadfastness! What a great time to tell a friend about what God is doing in people’s lives and for the ministry as a whole. Join with Pastor Chris in standing on 2 Corinthians 9: 6-8, as we believe in the harvest on the miracle seed we planted. There it says that God is able to make every divine favor and earthly blessing come to us in abundance! God will do it. The money shall come and the project shall advance to completion! Believe the same thing for yourselves as you sow your building seeds this month, and as always, God bless you!

- Pipelines for all plumbing installed.
- American Fire Protection laid lines for Sprinkler System.
- Completed payment of Water Tap Fees.
- Foundation completed!
2008 Achievements!
- Retired debt on the 16 acre parcel at 3250 Steele Rd. - a significant milestone! GraceChurch now owns outright the property it purchased in 2005 for $300,000.00.
- Retired all expenses related to Architectural and Engineering work.
- Utilities brought to site (water and electricity).
- 50% of Septic System installed.
- Foundation work to begin in earnest on Monday, October 27, 2008!
2007 Achievements!
- On May 19, 2007, we officially broke ground for our new facility at 3250 Steele Rd.!
- Site Work began in June!
