GCI welcomes guest minister Dr. Michael Jacobs, founding pastor of Church on the Rock in New Albany, IN, for two dynamic meetings this month! Join us on Saturday, July 24th at 10:30AM and 5PM. Dr. Jacobs has been in full time ministry since 1973. He has been on over 75 mission trips to Central America, South America, Russia, Europe and South Pacific Islands. Along with authoring several books, including Angels on Earth, They are Waiting on You and Spiritual Father or Spiritual Failure, Pastor Michael serves as a board member of Dr. Ed Dufresne’s “Fresh Oil Fellowship.”

Pastor Chris is inviting all the young people ages 12 and up to join him for some summer fun at Venture River on Wednesday, July 14th. Cost will range from $16 to $21 dollars to enter the park, plus $ for any snack or food items kids may want. Those under 18 years of age must have their parents sign a medical release form. Children under 12 may attend, but must be accompanied by an adult. Parents, please sign your child up in the Hospitality Suite. Departure and arrival times for the event are TBA. We will need a couple of adult sponsors to attend this event. Those adults interested, please contact Pastor Chris!

9AM Saturday Morning Classes continue this month under the direction of three anointed teachers, Bro. Harold Schultz, Sis. Marilyn McComb and Bro. Kamal Maddala. Classes will be held at 9AM on the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st. Topic will be “The Little Foxes.”

Care Leaders team leader, Bro. Russell Jones, has scheduled a training event on Saturday, July 10th at 1PM. All Care Leaders, please plan to attend! Lunch will be provided.

Set aside Sunday, July 18th from 10AM-12PM and join the Paducah for Christ Team as we bring the Gospel to the residents of Forest Hills! We will be reaching out to people with the message of Salvation! This event is sure to touch those who need it most! There will be Ministry, Singing, a Prayer Booth, a Healing Booth, free Hot Dogs and Lemonade and a bicycle raffel! Volunteers needed and donations needed.
